Once upon a time, in a quiet corner of the forest, there lived a regular little Amanita.

It had the classic red cap, the perfect white spots, and a perfectly ordinary stem. It was happy enough. It got rain. It got shade. It watched the occasional snail go by.

Then one night a falling star cracked open on a nearby rock and spilled pure white light into the soil. The mushroom, being curious (and a little greedy), drank it up.

The mushroom never got famous. It never left its spot. It just kept growing its strange, beautiful crystals and offering a quiet extra life to anyone who needed one.
