At EOH Leathercraft, we handcraft each leather piece in Vancouver, BC, and ship with care to get your order to you quickly and safely. We use reliable carriers like Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS depending on size, value, and destination.
1. Free Shipping in Canada
- We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes) shipped within Canada.
- This applies to most provinces and territories, including standard addresses (excludes remote/rural locations where surcharges may apply—see below).
- Orders under $100 CAD incur a flat shipping fee of $18–$25 CAD (calculated at checkout based on weight and location).
2. Shipping Rates and Methods (Canada)

Standard Shipping (most common): 3–7 business days after processing.
- Free on $100+ orders.
- Under $100: $12–$18 CAD flat rate (varies slightly by province and package weight).

Expedited Shipping (optional upgrade): 1–3 business days.
- Additional fee: $15–$30 CAD (shown at checkout).
- Remote Areas (e.g., northern territories, certain rural postal codes): May incur extra fees or longer delivery times. We'll notify you if applicable before shipping.
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Custom or made-to-order items may take longer (noted on product pages).
3. International Shipping
- We ship worldwide from Canada!
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- United States: 5–12 business days.
- Europe/UK/Australia: 7–21 business days.
- Other countries: 10–30 business days.

Customs, duties, and import taxes: International orders (including to the U.S.) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or our shipping fees.
- Important note for U.S. customers: As of August 2025, the U.S. has suspended its duty-free de minimis threshold for shipments from Canada. All packages may now incur duties/tariffs (based on product origin and value) plus potential brokerage fees. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for estimates.
- We are not responsible for delays, holds, or additional fees caused by customs clearance.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email (and/or in your account dashboard).
- Track your package directly on the carrier's website.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- We pack every item securely, but if your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- For lost packages (rare), we'll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve (replacement or refund at our discretion).
- We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs holds, or events beyond our control.
6. Address Changes & Errors
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses after an order has shipped.
- If an incorrect address causes return/non-delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend.
