Return and Refund Policy
Last Updated: January 22, 2026
At EOH Leathercraft, we craft each piece with care and stand behind the quality of our leather goods. We want you to love your purchase — and keep it for a lifetime.
1. Standard Returns & Refunds (Satisfaction Guarantee)
- You may return or exchange non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Custom or personalized items (e.g., monogrammed, embossed, or made-to-order) are final sale and non-returnable/non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Sale/discounted items may be eligible for store credit only (no cash refunds), unless defective.
2. Lifetime Guarantee on Leather Goods
We proudly offer a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for the natural life of the leather.
This means: If your EOH leather product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect (such as stitching coming undone, hardware failure, or leather splitting from a flaw in construction), we will repair it at no charge — or replace it if repair is not possible.
- Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or photo) is required.
- We cover return shipping to us for warranty claims — simply contact us first for a prepaid label or instructions.
- Repairs/replacements are typically completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on the issue and our current workload.
What this Lifetime Guarantee covers:
- Defects in leather quality (e.g., premature cracking or splitting not caused by misuse).
- Stitching or seam failures.
- Hardware malfunctions (zippers, snaps, buckles, rivets) under normal use.
What this Lifetime Guarantee does NOT cover (exclusions):
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, patina development, edge wear).
- Damage from improper care, neglect, water exposure beyond occasional light contact, chemicals, extreme heat, sharp objects, or heavy abrasion.
- Cosmetic changes that occur naturally as leather ages and develops character (darkening, wrinkling, oil marks from use).
- Damage from accidents, misuse, alteration by third parties, or unreasonable use.
- Loss of shape, color fading, or stretching from overloading or improper storage.
- Consumable parts (e.g., laces, replaceable liners if applicable).
Leather is a living, natural material — patina, minor marks, and character from real use are signs of a well-loved piece, not defects. We encourage proper care (regular conditioning, avoiding prolonged water exposure, storing properly) to help your item last generations.
How to Make a Claim or Return
- Contact us at [info@endofheavy.com] or through our website contact form with your order number, photos of the issue/item, and a brief description.

- Ship the item back using the method we specify.
We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies under the Lifetime Guarantee or standard return policy. Our decision is final.
